1. Introduction and Definitions

7juu ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("user", "member", "you") and 7juu. By using our website, mobile platform, or any related service, you fully agree to these Terms.

Below are the definitions of some key terms used in this document:

• "Balance" — The amount of money held in your account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Registration Process

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Providing false or incorrect information may result in the closure of your account and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

7juu may ask you at any time to submit identity documents (national ID, passport, or driving licence). KYC verification may be required before large withdrawals are processed. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.

• Use a strong and unique password — do not reuse a password you have used on other sites.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You must not allow third parties to use your account.
• 7juu will never ask for your password by email or chat.

7juu will not be held responsible for account misuse or security breaches unless it is proven that the failure was caused by a fault in our systems.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on 7juu via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. No additional charges apply to deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the full wagering requirement has been met.
• A withdrawal request may be cancelled within a specified time window.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently supported.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7juu offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific conditions, which are clearly stated in the offer description. The general bonus policy is set out below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must complete wagering of 25 times (25x) the combined amount of the original deposit and the bonus.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus. Before withdrawal, you must wager a total of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not accepted.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Some games may be excluded or count at a reduced rate towards bonus wagering — see the details of each offer.
• It is possible to win real money using bonus funds, but winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

6. Betting Rules

7juu offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as multiple games including slots and live casino. All betting activities are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet cannot be processed due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the funds will be returned.

• Odds in live betting may change at any time.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• If the betting limit for an event is exceeded, the excess portion will be cancelled.

6.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute about the outcome of a bet, you must raise a complaint with our support team within 72 hours. 7juu's decision will be considered final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7juu. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate suspension or closure of the account, and all balances may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or financing of terrorism.
• Using or stealing another member's account credentials.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or algorithms.
• Betting via bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing the bonus system or committing fraud through multiple accounts.
• Submitting false information to claim a withdrawal.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other members.
• Conducting artificial activity within the platform's financial systems.

7juu reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against unethical or fraudulent behaviour.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Set your own breaks and take regular pauses.

In all circumstances, 7juu's liability will be limited to the balance currently held in your account. 7juu is not responsible for any psychological, social, or financial harm arising from gaming.

11. Changes and Termination

11.1 Changes to Terms

7juu reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform or notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. 7juu may also close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions or fraudulent activity.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Legal reasons or directives from a regulatory authority.

If an account with a valid balance is closed, the remaining funds will be returned subject to verification.

The applicable law and jurisdiction for interpreting these terms and conditions and resolving any disputes will be determined in accordance with the jurisdiction of 7juu's operational center.
